What was the impact of reimplementing border enforcement and encouraging self-deportations beginning in January 2025? I would assume it was a massive boon to supply?

Rent anxiety is on the rise, with good reason. Nothing is affordable anymore. According to 2026 data from Hemlane: “From January to May 2026, national rent delinquency rose from 9.33% to 11.09%, driven by a significant acceleration in Q2 (increasing by 1.14 percentage points in April and 0.63 percentage points in May).”

If you need to rent, you should consider renting a room in a house. A house split between 4 or 5 people is often a lot less expensive than your own apartment and will allow you to save rent for when you are ready to couple up or buy your own place.

My son just got scammed when looking for a new apartment in a city he had never been to and wasn't going to get a chance to visit before he moved in. How are you helping solve the scammer problem, especially as people are using more and more AI to scam others?
