Honestly curious as to how this square with AI and how there's a drum that's being beaten (to death?) about how we're in the age of a 1-person, $1B dollar startup.
Solo kill to 1 bill. Sounds nuts, but, I'm starting to see it. OpenClaw or ClawdBot or whatever the hell it's called seems like a real contender.
In that light, you'd make your own "Lighthouses" as they would be called "Agents" or "Skills" or "Hooks" or what have you. These would already be perfectly aligned, no coaxing or cajoling required, making all 4 of your steps discretely definable, manageable, and controllable. No cultural drift.
This is how we really think different about building teams in today's new and brave world.
