I think you start modeling the world and organisms in it and scale it up. You can mostly use math alone to create dynamic and evolving agentic systems, LLMs are a substrate you can layer reason on top of as a reason harness. Interestingly, simple application of orchestrated reason causes a Qwen3.5:397B model to outperform Opus 4.6 in fraud detection and rational and with a reasoning harness you can track the decisions in a manner that is compliant with banking laws. Two birds, one reasoned stone.
Your framework identifies the primitives and domains that will extend AI into the physical world, but it assumes the hardest problem will solve itself: who governs the data once it gets there. When a human stands in a physical location and expresses intent — gestures at a storefront, searches for something nearby, initiates a transaction — that event sits at the intersection of spatial data, personal intent, commerce, and privacy.
