Given the recent geopolitical shifts, who would be considered America's allies today? Would NATO nations still be in the run for it? Would a generally-neutral country like India, which is keen to partner with the US in Tech, make the cut? Just curious to know how a tech-innovation-driven world is quickly re-aligning towards.

Thank you for helping to build out the modern American economy

(Grew up/worked in SV, so,...grateful for all the Startups I got to work at,...couple even did well enough for me to retire early)

Thank you! Excellent points on the need to help international founders… Just a cursory look at protecting the Arctic borders with dual-use solutions exemplifies such a call for action… The threats are real, and so must be the global effort to address them…
